So I have been reading of a huge propane shortage in the UP and how the gov has suspended truck load limits in the UP. So, why did he need to do that- can't they rail in more propane tankers? Of has most everyone switched to trucks and removed sidings/tank car transfer equipment? Sounds like th etrain you saw had propane, but the question remains....
