E&LS in the snow

Had a hunch that because the E&LS didn't come to Green Bay yesterday (Sunday) I might be able to catch them southbound somewhere between Stiles Jct. and Crivitz. Well, I got to the Jct. just before noon and found their train sitting on the main north of HWY 22. No power. So, that means they are 5 miles west of here at Oconto Falls. And, it appeared yesterday that it had been a while since the E&LS was in the Falls so I was anticipating seeing a lot of snow get pushed around. Got to the Falls and found all the snow on the tracks had been shoved around but no crew and engine. Headed back to the Jct. and arrived there the same time as SD40-2 501. The power and crew tied onto their train on the main. I headed a bit south to catch a few shots two miles south at Stiles. The 501 had a light train as they only had 6 pulpwood loads, 28 cars out of storage (23 sand hoppers & 5 tank cars) and 5 LPG empties from Crivitz. I got a couple of shots starting here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/frvr11/12293671253/
