I've been trying and failing to be a conductor for years now due to this new age mantra of not having experience on the job
you desire means you're not qualified.

Applied at various railroads countless times and keep coming up short despite being trainable and having enough experience to work with. I even have some degree of railroad experience but that hasn't done me any good either.

Can I get some advice from the oldheads here?
