Exactly. If they are negotiating with him, Genie would not be a part of that at all. JJ needs a job as "Nashville" was cancelled. Each person is their own entity. I seriously doubt that JJ would consult with GF if he were considering a return to GH. In that case, I really would take recurring, if I were Genie. I would want to keep my hand in and hope for better days ahead. JJ is a great scene partner for GF. I think he is great for GH too. It would be a huge blessing for everyone.
