Iryna Zarutska (23), who fled the war in Ukraine only to be stabbed to death in what appears to be a random attack
without provocation and without any reason on August 22nd.

Killed while riding home on a bus, by a man with a history of criminal charges and psychiatric (incl violent) problems.
