The late owner of the KT brand had been selling questionable materials online and at shows. They still are.
There's a class action suit being prepared. They will have to answer simple questions.
"Did you purchase these legally or are they bootlegged?"
There's at least two business entities doing this as well as the merchandise seller at the live shows.

Ask questions, stay informed and will try to update you as the rightful heirs either come to a settlement without the need for legal filings. OR the owner of the Kingston Trio trademark will not take the appropriate measures to be fair and equitable.
Its simple really. Paperwork chain is a simple way to get to the facts.
And when denied transparency, it makes a lot of people wonder "what are they hiding and why are they scared?"
