Virginia Giuffre says she's dying after car accident

She posted the announcement on Instagram, along with a photo. She claims drs. have said she just has four days to live. Apparently she's in renal failure.

Really? Um......it looks like she's wearing a negligee or some kind of top, not a hospital gown. I don't see any monitors of any kind and her EKG patches are placed entirely wrong, I've put on hundreds of EKG patches and hooked them up over all my years, maybe thousands. The EKG patches don't have the lead wires. No IV's in site.
AP News Podcast reported her story and contacted the police/emergency services in the area where she said the accident occurred and the news agency reported the police stated no accidents have been reported at that area.
Funny she has time to post on Instagram, make it a priority. AP also reported Virginia and her husband are separated, apparently for quite a while. I have to be skeptical, if someone is in that dire of a condition the last thing they or their family worry about is letting the media and Instagram know. Where are her parents?

Yeah, I was suspicious when I read the story and I still am. It looks like the selfie was taken in the ER after they did an EKG.

I suspect we'll get a "miracle" after a day or two.

I forgot she's wearing a necklace and has earrings in...when people come in trauma after an accident, jewelry is removed and given to family or put in the hospital safe. She has a "bruised" face, but no other bruises or lacerations on her arms etc. If the accident was that bad, she would likely have some broken bones and broken facial bones and lacerations. People can have acute renal failure after a trauma, but it can be dealt with treatment and no lasting effects especially a younger adult. Look at the Pope, he had renal failure at one point. If Virginia has 4 days to live, why is she being transferred to another hospital? She would be receiving end of life care.

I went through acute renal failure. I got appropriate medical care. It wasn't a death sentence by any means, although it was scarywon' at the time. The kidneys are working just fine.

Like I said, I think a "miracle" will happen. She's doing this for sympathy, but why?

She has probably spent whatever money she got from Prince Andrew.

That picture she posted is highly suspicious. Why would she still have on earrings and a necklace and her own top and no hospital gown in site. She may have had an EKG but I don’t see where she is hooked up to anything due to a severe accident that she is claiming. And, if you are in an accident or are severely injured for any reason, why would you take the time to have your picture taken and post it on Instagram. Very suspicious behavior here…

The article I read said she’s separated from her husband and hasn’t seen her children in a while. Is this a desperate family reunification plan? She may have been in an accident and had internal injuries along with bruising, but it looks like she went home and put on a nightgown (or sundress) and posted. Her story is rather dramatic as many accidents and recoveries are. Is she laying the groundwork for a lawsuit? “If not for a miracle I’d be dead, so pay up.”

Looking at the photo again, it was taken from a hospital bed with a bolster behind her to keep her on her side and not allow her to roll over on her back. Going by the visible bruising she had left side damage. The photo was possibly taken just before discharge, when she was dressed and ready to go home. That would account for the jewelry and spaghetti straps. The car she was in was being driven by a 71 year-old woman, but there are no reports of injuries to that person.

I can believe that Virginia and the driver went home, thinking neither were injured. After a few hours, Virginia did not feel better and was feeling progressively worse. That much is believable. I take no joy in her injuries, but will wait a few days until I can say that she's not exaggerating the extent of her medical problems.

AP News carried the story on their app. my sister read it last night, when I went to read it, it's gone. They've dropped the story.
$2000 damage, ok, that's a chunk of change to me, but the car wasn't totaled or....look like the car Diana was riding in. It was low impact, school buses aren't driven at high rates of speed. No, I don't believe Virginia at all....her father didn't know about the "accident", if she was so critical?
I'm sorry, but these stunts tick me. Virginia, come in and see a person hit by semi that's crossed the line going 70 mph and hits a car head on or a vehicle hit by a train going 60-65 mph. All of this so she can get some pathetic attention

The photo of Virginia is a selfie she took of herself. So she managed to use the last of her strength to be sure to take a selfie and make sure it got out to Instagram and the media. She's upset that the police labeled the accident as "minor".

A $1.4 million dollar mansion and a weekend farm? So that's where Andrew/the late Queen's money went! And now it turns out Virginia lied about the accident and her upcoming "death." My guess is she wanted some money out of the incident. Too bad that won't happen.

I knew that......heifer was lying through her teeth. Both my friend and myself took a closer look at her "deathbed" selfie and we're convinced that Virginia's facial injuries are nothing more than make up applied by a make up artist.
She's nothing more than a pathological liar and a grifter.

It very well could be moulage. The bruising is too grey and there’s no swelling. I could be wrong.
