I forgot she's wearing a necklace and has earrings in...when people come in trauma after an accident, jewelry is removed and given to family or put in the hospital safe. She has a "bruised" face, but no other bruises or lacerations on her arms etc. If the accident was that bad, she would likely have some broken bones and broken facial bones and lacerations. People can have acute renal failure after a trauma, but it can be dealt with treatment and no lasting effects especially a younger adult. Look at the Pope, he had renal failure at one point. If Virginia has 4 days to live, why is she being transferred to another hospital? She would be receiving end of life care.
