I've done kind of a quick search and I couldn't find the actual communique from BP, in other instances the Palace official statement is in the Royal Family web site and nothing was listed although I could have missed it.
The only way we learned of it was the various media sources citing the statement received from BP. I'm sure the visit was announced the way it was because the King treated as strictly a private visit and nothing more.
