I could be wrong, but I think the gown the Princess of Wales has worn for the banquet, I swear we've seen it before..it looks familiar. The high collar, long sleeves and dark green may reflect the fact that the President and First Lady are Muslim and observing Ramadan or it was that Catherine just wanted to wear that gown.
I'm just excited to see the City of London choker and Queen Mary's Pearl Fringe Necklace! The Duchess of Gloucester didn't disappoint in with the Art Deco clips either.
