They all constantly do the same thing, over and over, and for some reason expect the result to be different, that their opposite number will suddenly jump up and say "OMG! You're so right and I'm so wrong!"
Their interaction is like C/C/D on steroids. I ran out of empathy for the bunch of them years ago.
