"Royal Relatives joined the extended Spanish Royal Family for a Lunch at the Palace of El Pardo in Madrid on November 22nd, to mark the 50th Anniversary of the Restoration of the Spanish Monarchy upon the Accession of King Juan Carlos of Spain, which comes following Queen Sofia being awarded Order of the Golden Fleece."

Juan Carlos was present, which he certainly had the right to attend. I'm sure things may have been less than cozy, JC has written a new book and in it he had less than flattering things to say about Letizia. Supposedly he has written that he holds Letizia responsible for "dividing the family". Well JC, you, Cristina and Inaki did a pretty fair job at the division. Letizia did what she did to help save the Monarchy along with Felipe.
