Distinctly Skanky?
That is one loud and tacky bag. Don't get me wrong, I love tacky things, like plastic pink flamingos wearing Santa Claus hats and Dolly Parton (Dolly herself says she's tacky, and I adore her) , but there's tacky and then there's tacky. Twerkette's bag is the ugly tacky.
