Well, yes, I know all that but there was a distinct vibe at the late Duchess of Kent's funeral that Fergie was a tag-along, not an invited or expected guest. No one wanted to be seen with Andrew, but she was really not being greeted by the family. Fergie was persona barely grata before, so now I'm sure there is planning to keep the two of them as under the radar as possible. There is always the threat of a double interview or a "memoir", so they have to be placated to an extent. Christmas should be interesting.
