Children's charity Julia's House today said it would be 'inappropriate' to stay involved with Sarah Ferguson after her emailed apology to Epstein emerged.

Now the founders of the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation have announced they were severing ties with Sarah, who was previously one of their patrons - while fellow charity Prevent Breast Cancer announced a similar move.

The Children's Literacy Charity has also asked her to step down as patron, calling any continued role 'inappropriate' after what it described as 'the recent information which has come to light about the Duchess of York and Jeffrey Epstein.

And the Teenage Cancer Trust is also believed to be 'reviewing' her position as patron of that organisation, which she first backed when it opened a first unit in 1990.
