Maybe it had been in the article, but I just read it and it's a mishmash of Harry's visit, Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper's visit, info about Invictus, and mention of Charles's and William's support for Ukraine.

Only time the government is mentioned is in regard to Yvette Cooper's visit, which was separate from Harry's.
