I do have bits of my chocolate, but had forgotten the cinnamon applesauce. I should make some, if I can get apples next month!
I used to be addicted to onion dip - delicious! Yes, with fresh peas, and I also like certain other veggies with it, as well.
I've got caffeine-free tea, black and green, but literally forget about it.
My dream, last summer, was to have ready-to-go Ramen for lunch each day. It didn't happen. If I say that I ever get meat, please remind me to go in that direction, and get some in the freezer. (Ds and I do that, when either of us will forget something. Sometimes it even works, lol!)

Yes, I have often told people to be careful of the serving suggestions/sizes. Often they are misleading, at best. And, to keep down sugar, calories, etc., smaller portions are often best.
Larger containers of ice cream are tempting.
Salt and chocolate, here too.
That's interesting about the lesser amnt. of salt when you cook.
