Green grapes when I can get them.
Potato Chips - but not good for my blood pressure.

Applesauce with cinnamon - not often enough
Small bits of dark chocolate
Salsa & tortilla chips Need to make own salt free chips
Mint chip ice cream or ice cream bars
lately small bites of ice cream vanilla w choc.
Not big on fruit except Pineapple
Raw veggies with onion dip. Snap peas, etc.
Trying to drink more tea. but so far coffee is winning
Baked potato with cheese or butter
Soup maybe ramen with green peas. More a meal if with garlic toast or crackers
Small boxes of Jr Mints.... just a few at a time.
Dark Hershey Bar. I don't like it so much so small bits LOL
I usually eat ice cream during the summer and I don't drink milk so is one of my sources of calcium
snacks I try ti eat under the suggested serving size.
I no longer buy large ice cream gallons or even pints.
I guess diet coke is a snack. Sorta but I try to not drink a lot and prefer small bottles/cans. Now that I can recycle.
Salt is a big draw for me. So is Chocolate.
But I don't use much salt when I cook. Weird and don't add much to my meal never on subways. LOL Less on fries if I make them from sweet potatoes.
Well, I can't think of anything else. I do work hard at eating three meals a day. Snack are usually late at night or when days are longer.
I keep working on it... especially in order to gain more weight. 8-)
