Waffles, pancakes, soups, stews and always a
Sandwiches.
Salads can be easy as well. Frozen corn, green beans, snap or sweet peas.
Tear a head of lettuce add frozen veggies, frozen grated cheese, hard boiled egg, tuna, diced tomato, the kitchen sink.
S&P, herbs, poppy seed, dill, sesame seed. Prepackaged croutons. All those items are at hand.
Dump some dressing on it and WaLa. Lunch or dinner.
Freezing ahead of time saves time also. Dice onions, peppers, corn on or off the cob, tons of veggies.
Experiment and surprise yourself.
