Frozen items are such a game changer. Especially when you make your own meals.
I made a pot pie with veggies that I'd prepped, cooked and frozen.
The onion was cut fresh, and the chicken was out of the freezer raw, but everything else was pre-cooked, out of the freezer, and added. Oops, no, I'm wrong, the carrots hadn't made it to the freezer yet, but were ready to add. It was faster, easier, and the I wasn't rushing to use the vegetables before they went bad. :-)
