But, increased my Vit D and that helped a bit, plus began using my dumbbells every afternoon. I'm still walking and no matter how I try to cut down on laps I ended up walking between 9 to 11 laps per day. Charlie walks most of them but usually takes the last 2 or 3 to lie in the yard somewhere and watches me. I keep walking anyway. LOL
I have some projects that I can't get done due to the wet yard. But I have begun to pull up the clover(?) that is full of stickers.
I've been using lavender water to wash down the all the counters. Mussy is partly living on top of Chance's cage so the Lh2o has help keep her off the counter. Lately I found Kitty sleeping on top of the fridge... ARRRGH!! and she runs from there along my kitchen counter and the Lh2o doesn't bother her at all.
I hate critters on my sink!!!
I've had my fruit as I was able to buy extra last week. So SB, Ban & PA every morning... with an occasional slice or two of french toast or pancakes.
I ran out of bananas so added some pears from a fruit cup pack I bought. I still have my grapefruit now that I'm out of SB's I am adding that to pineapple.
Lunches have been sandwiches or hotdogs, or leftovers - a few times crackers or tortilla with cheese or salsa. I'm out of salsa now. 8-( Peanut Butter on white is also a backup standard.
I had some leftover Chicken breasts and beets and some mashed potatoes so had that for dinner.
I also had a big salad twice. Romain, onion, roma, poppy & sesame seeds, homemade croutons, cheddar cheese, and whatever else I can find. Usually green peas or french cut green beans. I added lime juice S&P and parm with a touch of Bleu cheese dressing. I threw in the last of my pepperoni.
I forgot I made scrambled chorizo eggs with onion, tomato and cheese with sausages, cinnamon toast with PNB... and always AJ with my meds.
Also an omelette of roma, cheese, onion and herbs with a couple fridge cinnamon rolls.
But I've been eating more meat which has helped me gain a few pounds back.
Ground beef patties, Also some italian meatballs with angel hair. I have some pork chops for this week I'm tired of chicken.
I've tried to have at least three days more veggie and fruit. In fact I had some pasta with veggies only and two cheeses instead of tomato sauce. I use parm and mozzarella with herbs also.
I also had some fish sticks with noodles and a veg, beans I think. PLus 2 fish fillet sandwiches on kaiser rolls with applesauce.
A blackberry pie in a graham cracker crust with whipped cream. I really don't like these crusts so will change to the ones in the freezer.
Oh I also had two grilled cheese with peanut butter. Shades of childhood. LOL
And I ate my last TV dinner - Lasagna. I need to find a better tv dinner.
I ate some swiss cheese and pepperoni with tortilla chips.
Ok that's about all there was for last week.
I feel pretty good physically. I walk no matter the weather. Thank goodness I have that oversized work coat that fits over all the rest of my clothes I wear when it's really cold or raining or real windy.
