There is usually 8 or more for each country. All the herbs are listed from 1 to 50.
This was in an AARP magazine decades ago. I will email it if anyone is interested. I hang it on the front of a cupboard over where I prep.
My eldest brother was a sou chef and going to school to be a chef. Life intervened so I was gifted his french blade. Anyway he said the AARP list is one of the best He'd seen.
But one other bit of info he gave me was keep my herb choices to three a dish.
S&P and garlic do not count as flavorings. The chart is Seeds & Herbs only.
I did a taste test of the soup and it was good. LOL I almost opted to have some for lunch but my pot pie was already cooked.
Oh well, there is always dinner. 8-)
