Weighing in on Tyler, his ego is out of control. I have no doubt that he knows the game but his coaching leaves a lot to desire. He does not develop players instead he expects them to be at a higher level than maybe they are ready for. Also why do you walk away from a salary in the top 10. Using excuses yo hide the fact that you under performed as a coach. Sorry Tyler, your resume is very tainted
