Most everyone was excited about the 2025 class Tyler put together and Natalie has kept this class together and signed. It is typical when a coach is let go that the verbals look elsewhere but that did not happen here and has provided stability for the program even with the change. Not to mention that the no current player transferred in the process. Not bad work from my point of view. Previous Message
It’s a bit mixed. Blocking is 2nd, opponent hit % is lowest, and digs per set are dead last. Our team passing, per Volleymetrics, is in the bottom 3rd. 8th or 9th in kills/points, yet 3rd in hit % (.219)
Again, why does this deserve a contract? Are we not trying to be at the top of the BW?

This team is by far the best defensive team in the Big West. Despite at times some clear receiving issues. Previous Message
Why are you so committed to mediocrity? This is a middle of the pack team and the “adjustment” only happened because the senior setter conked her head on a beam under the bleacher. Previous Message
We are so close to the conference tournament it does not matter much now
No matter how they finish, Natalie should be inked
She is proving to be resilient and has the traits of a successful coach
Just so we don't finish 4th again!
Hopefully a win tonight takes care of that Previous Message
IMO the close of the season is the appropriate time to extend the contract if that is the direction the AD chooses. I expect that to happen unless there is a season ending collapse.
Coach has done a good job with the team and I like the starting lineup moves she has made. I believe sticking with the 6-2 with Meyers back maybe the difference in pushing the team over the top in the conference tournament. Would love to see a win tonight at Hawaii. Previous Message
It’s time. Would assume Natalie and Bobby have come to agreement on an extension. Previous Message

☝ too Natalie for keeping the entire 2025 recruit class intact. How about a 3 year contract like now.
