It’s a bit mixed. Blocking is 2nd, opponent hit % is lowest, and digs per set are dead last. Our team passing, per Volleymetrics, is in the bottom 3rd. 8th or 9th in kills/points, yet 3rd in hit % (.219)
Again, why does this deserve a contract? Are we not trying to be at the top of the BW?

We are so close to the conference tournament it does not matter much now
No matter how they finish, Natalie should be inked
She is proving to be resilient and has the traits of a successful coach
Just so we don't finish 4th again!

IMO the close of the season is the appropriate time to extend the contract if that is the direction the AD chooses. I expect that to happen unless there is a season ending collapse.
Coach has done a good job with the team and I like the starting lineup moves she has made. I believe sticking with the 6-2 with Meyers back maybe the difference in pushing the team over the top in the conference tournament. Would love to see a win tonight at Hawaii. Previous Message
