I do agree with with the unwanted abuse the reffs take but it starts with the head coach. I coached over 30 years and when I approached the table in a respectful manner and would conversate in a respectfull tone I received the same respect sometimes it worked out and sometimes it didnt thats just the way goes. To recruit new reffs the head coaches set the tone. I had the privilege to coach while Sam Nishe reffed talk about patience and working through situations and teaching me during teachable moments Sam is the man.Sam would be a great repersenitive to help young reffs navigate through some ass hats of coaches. Head coaches need to teach to their assistants how to approach the table and be respectful. If this dousent happen we will eventually loose this great sport.Coaches it starts with you.
