these coaches are only coaching at the level of thier experiences and your wondering why things are falling apart.
Zero ability to run a program
Zero ability to network and build athletes capable of competing in college.
No drive to improve themselves as coaches.
Add to this the lack of vision to build and develop the wrestling culture into something positive for thw community.
None of this is directed at anyone imperticular but watching the state of the sport be made softer by weaker competition, less than qualified coaches running perennial programs into the ground and the only focus are state titles all the while coaches jump from team to team because the talenthas ran out and they themselves cannot develop athletes!?!??.
Look all across the state and see whats happening, Sunnyside is not the first or the last...
Im not even curious on whats.hping to happen next.
Everyone will spend all their energy pointing fingers and placing blame instead of looking for a solution...
wrestling in the valley looks to have taken a turn for the worse...
