I appreciate what wwn is doing but the way they rank is not how rankings are typically done nationally. They are basically just predicting the state tournament. Rankings are supposed to be based on results not what you think will happen in February. Look how flo and intermat do it for college. Freshmen without results in hs shouldn’t be ranked until they wrestle a tournament.

Rankings are not supposed to be about how well the ranker predicts the state tournament, they are strictly results based. Some of the rankers on this site did the same thing and then bragged about how many placers they get right every year.
