Reality check, you can like someone or talk someone up only so much.
All the accolades and pretty titles can not cover up the job not getting done.
Like everything else it comes down to ability and production. There just wasn't any and I for one hope coach Ford can learn from this and look to improve as a coach.
This is an opportunity we have as a state to grow from. I believe Ford did his best and just came up short and that's cool because at least he tried.
This is quite common in this sport and I applaud his effort, its time for a new chapter, best of luck coach.
