This has nothing to do with any of the immature adult drama that goes on or any grudges or hate on anyone. It's simply called morals. As a coach all of our jobs are to teach these kids to be good humans. It's not only about the sport you coach. Everyone of the kids that chose to not stand on the podium have no respect for their coach or team. If they did they would have known better to not show up and stood up there even if they didn't want to. So yes. I stand by what I said. Do better.
