I personally like video replay so the reffing team can make sure they get the right call BUT, it is not allowed by rule in the NFHS rule book. I have used in in freestyle matches at Fargo Finals and up in BC at their Provincial Championships. Both of those tournaments are freestyle, and use a different set of rules, including the allowance of video review at certain tournaments. We also use three officials per match, instead of 1 or 2 like in folkstyle. Read rule 3-1-9 in the NFHS rule book where is says "The referee shall not use TV monitoring, replay or other video equipment in making decisions related to the match."
