Stop celebrating just getting to state and celebrate PLACING- that is still going to be very hard to do at almost every weight, every division.

It is no different than when coaches woukd try to get kids seeded at local tournaments off of being a "regional participant". One of the main reasons I only seed state placers when hosting our in season tournaments.

The structure has changed so it is only fair that changing where we put value should too.
