This solely falls on the shoulders of the tournament director and AD. Not sure who the new person that runs the Lady Husky tournament is, but it is not running efficient. Using excuses like "We are gonna be running longer this round because of the quality of matches is a lot better" is a shit show of an excuse. Having coaches weigh-in your own athletes and not even turning in your weigh-in sheet is wrong. If you're going to do that at least have an opposing team coach weigh-in your athletes. 62 teams is too many; I get that it's a fundraiser (heard the AD say it multiple times over PA) but at some point it gets out of control.
