Sure enough, per the SOIP, WIAA seeds the tournament based on information in Trackwrestling.

Are HS leagues/tournaments/duals even required by WIAA rule to upload results to Track?

There's quite a bit of wrestling in WA that isn't documented in Trackwrestling. It's so inconsistent, I just assumed using Trackwrestling was optional for tournament directors and HS programs/leagues. If it isn't optional, many HS events treat it as optional.

Guess it can all be sorted out in a seeding meeting......or not.
