District 3 for 3a gets 12? Did I read that right? Seeding for state will be based on results posted on track? So many thoughts and where do I start? It is possible for an individual to lose more times at districts than win, yet qualify by finishing 12th. Am I the only one that finds this strange? If state is placing 8, I believe that the bigger districts should have been capped at eight allocations. Can't place more than 8, why send more?
