I agree District 4 gets slighted by this model. Like was stated before, it's purely a numbers game and the WIAA wanted out of regionals because of $.
Our district lost out on a girls berth because 1 team didn't get all their girls assessed before WIAA pulled numbers and it cost us, but all had the chance and that's the way the state runs it and really has to run it, firm deadlines, IMO.
