Hoffman Megaplan #
Posted by Bill Staunton on December 8, 2016, 6:55 pm Hi guys, sorry if this is posted in the wrong section. The garage that I work for has recently purchased a Hoffman Megaplan alignment system. We have had the guy out 3 times now because although we can adjust the alignment correctly, the steering wheel is always down to one side or the other after a road test. We are all experienced technicians who have used everything from old mechanical tracking gauges to Hunter laser systems but have never come accross this problem before and no one seems able to tell us what we are doing wrong. The measuring heads sit on the junction of the wheel and tyre via a tapered rubber cone in three places.
