Morning guys, We are in need of a wiring diagram for the heater blower motor. AD do not have it.Phoned their tech line, they searched and come up with diagram for climate control. The car has air con but it manual turn knobs and cables. Tried RMI tech helpline, info they has is vague and no diagrams.
Blower motor not working on any speed, changed resister pack(showed signs of water)still not working Their are 4 heavy gauge(28 strand)wires off the resister and disappear.Heater motor buried in unit, have to take whole dashboard out(4 hours) to access. On the plug from the top, black(no power)red (fused, has power)red(no power)yellow sensor wire(no power)grey(no power)the motor is not siezed, can access through air intake under scuttle behind wiper linkage ans spins freely. We are also aware of drains blocking and motor getting damaged.Drains are clear

With these I don't strip the dash to replace the wiring. Remove the instrument cluster to access the heater resistor, You can wire in the new plug through here as well, fiddly but quite do-able. Then thread the motor feed cables through and down to the motor, fit to motor. I leave the old wires in place and isolate at each end. Done several like this now.

Hi Nick, Have already located the resister pack,on this model it is clipped into the n/s intake air pipe behind glove box to side of casing. The motor sits in the very top of heater casing.RMI technical help line have emailed off of ALLDATA how to do it. O/S lower panel, and steering column out, unclip clutch hydraulic pipe(pedal stays in place)cover plate for distribution flap out .glove box out, feed special valeo tool in n/s fan blade to lock then and remove motor.Shall find out in new year how simple it is to do
