Ford Fiesta 1.2 2010 - Oil in water #

( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: c12hm7ad

Hi

1.2 petrol fiesta 2010 has oil in water problems
head gasket looks good
passed head pressure test
ford have not seen problems !
we skimmed and replaced gasket six months on we have the fault back
Just thowing it out to see if any one else has had the same problem & found a fix

These 1.25 (SNJ eng code) type heads are starting to show up within the engine recon industry with these symptoms.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anyone who can pressure test these heads successfully. Nor are there any known good tests that can be carried out by yourself to 100% prove that the head has an internal crack. I know it's unprofessional, but either past experience or part substitution is the only way to fix this one.

We've had two in our workshop (first one was done over 18 months ago) with this problem and a new head casting sorted the pair of them.
