Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anyone who can pressure test these heads successfully. Nor are there any known good tests that can be carried out by yourself to 100% prove that the head has an internal crack. I know it's unprofessional, but either past experience or part substitution is the only way to fix this one.
We've had two in our workshop (first one was done over 18 months ago) with this problem and a new head casting sorted the pair of them.
