We had one of these a few weeks ago, with the cylinder head problem, this one had a crack behind the inlet valve, which is apprently common(Turner Engineering told us this, dealer denied it!!!) .We tested by removing the glow plugs, pressurising the cooling system the cranking the engine, this gave us water vapour from no.1 cylinder. Change injector wiring and seals as these are known faults to. Not a bad job to change the head, best price from "Bridge Cylinder Head" Hope this is of some help. Contact me for any further info.
