On the subject of replacing the 3 blend motors ,it can be done without removal of dash by carefully cutting out a section of air trunking on o/side of heater box,& plenty of gaffer tape on refitting.The main prob with these Range rovers is that you cannot remove just the dash because the HVAC box is screwed to it from behind.Having replaced a few a/c evaporators we now remove l/h seat & l/h/f door & ship the whole lot thro the door aperture.
