Hi Richard, If I understand your post right, only one bolt is a problem. This 100mm one has been screwed in fingertight and has some thread showing. Is the hole clear and the threads clean? Did you measure the depth of the hole and compare with the depth of thread going in? Is that bolt the same length as the other new ones? HTH Alan.
