Hi Chaps Does anyone know the exact fuel pressure i should have on this vehicle. After further diagnosis i have some results The regulated fuel pressure is 2.5 bar vehicle idling, O2 sensor switching fine, if i hold the vehicle at 1500 rpm fuel pressure drops to 2.3 bar O2 sensor stops switching and stays at 32MV lean and vehicle set lean exhaust code P0170. But if i slightly clamp the fuel return pipe to up the fuel pressure to 3.5 bar then hold the vehicle at 1500 rpm or any amount of revs the O2 sensor starts to switch perfect. I have also held the revs high for some 15 mins and it never sets the P0170 code.Have i proved i have no electrical problem ? Do i have a fuel pressure problem possibly fuel regulator ? Checked all fuel lines, have pulled pump out of tank checked connecting pipes gauze filter etc, have changed fuel filter. Cheers Dave
