This vehicle is fitted with a Teves system I think..? The customers got the vehicle back at the moment so I can't check. I've been doing some more digging around and it looks as though the self diagnosis operation didn't come in until around 1990 . I will investigate possible overcharge fault as the alternator output is erratic. I noticed when I drove it out of the workshop in the dark when the customer came to collect it, that the headlights pulsed when the engine was running, the frequency of which increased with engine speed. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to investigate further.
