Hi sorry I am late getting back about this fault, but I had to wait for the vehicle to come back in again. We removed the gear box again to carry out futher investigation. This time we replaced bush in rear of crankshaft but also replaced duelmass flywheel. This I think was the main problem becouse with it on the bench you could make a simular noise when moveing it about. there was not that much movement, but felt it nessary to replace. This has now stoped the noise.
