I have used actronic once for engine ecu ,bmw E60/61 D , they are very helpfull on the phone.
they rebuiled the unit for us after confurming was faulty for a very fair price .car was running for half an hour befor it cut out again with the same problem . we had to send it back to them ,and they have done a better repair on it this time , as they said . 6 month now and so far so good. but they are v good and i will be using them again
