Hi a customer has this problem, when she turns engine off & removes key opens door alarm sounds to say key in lock & she cannot lock the car. I did spray WD40 down lock & this cured it for a while but it is back again. I have just taken lock barrel out but buzzer still sounds there is a small plunger at the bottom but that is free.I think it may need further dismantling. Has anyone had this before.
