    I Also got a Letter this week, followed a couple of days later by a phone call. ( its a few months since the last one )

    I told them that I had no Radios as i pulled all the plugs out when i heard that they were charging us to listen to it.

    Theres nothing worse than asking your staff to do something several times because they can't hear you because they are listening and concentrating on the radio.

    I think in some cases it could even be dangerous allowing radios to be used as if someone doesn't hear a warning message, then it could end up in disaster. ( i suppose it all depends on the type of music, the loudness of the music etc, but they always want to turn it up when they like something ).

    I was Taught to Look Listen and smell. Which can be done better in peace and quiet. and all 3 senses can help you find faults.
