    Hi all,
I had a letter to which I replied that I was a sole trader and customers are not allowed in the workshop. They didn't have the decency to reply but sent a further 6 letters which where all filed in the bin. Eventually I had a phone call from them where I used the tactics that I think someone on here advised. It went something like "my voice is my copyright and if you want to record this conversation do you agree to pay me £500 for the privelige?" The person at the other end said they would check with a supervisor and that was the last I heard (about a year ago). I would advise anyone against paying for this 'Licence' until the PRS decide as to whether they are going to pursue the case against Kwik-Fit. Until this happens this issue has not been clarified by the law.
    Regards, Bryan
